Welcome to Vinyl Attraction’s Terms and Conditions. This page explains the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on www.vinylattraction.co.uk.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Any new features or tools, which are added to the website, shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. We may suspend or withdraw our site at any time. We cannot guarantee that the site will always be available due to changes or maintenance of the site.
Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
All deliveries, services and offers are subject to these terms and conditions at the time the order is placed. UK Law governs these terms and conditions.
PLACING AN ORDER
Registration is free and can be terminated at any time. When you register with us as a customer, please ensure that the details and information you provide to us are true, accurate and you keep them up to date. If any of the information you provide changes you must inform us immediately by emailing office@vinylattraction.co.uk
You must not impersonate any other person or use a false name or a name, which you do not have the authority to use.
When placing your order, you will be required to provide both a United Kingdom delivery address and contact phone number. We do not currently sell to customers outside of the UK. By placing an order with us you declare that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are a resident in the United Kingdom
After you place an order to purchase a product, we shall email you an Order Confirmation and again when dispatched. A contract between us on these Terms and Conditions will only come into force when we have delivered the product to you.
You must pay in full for the products youorder, including all delivery charges, at the time of placing your order. We can accept payment from all major UK credit and debit cards via the payments page. All orders placed by you and purchases of goods by you from us are subject to acceptance by us.
We may choose not to accept your order or purchase for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. You will be informed via email should we be unable to accept your order.
We charge you when your order is shipped or otherwise supplied to you. Payment is not taken when you checkout online. If your payment is declined, you will receive an email from us asking you to make the payment within 48 hours and if you are unable to do so your order will be cancelled.
GENERAL DELIVERY
Shortly after your order has been accepted, we will send you an Order Confirmation. The dispatch time of your order will depend on the individual products you have ordered and their availability. Pre-orders placed in the same order of items with different release dates will be dispatched when the last item has been received by us. Pre-orders are usually dispatched on the day prior to release date but we cannot guarantee delivery on release date. Other orders are usually dispatched within three working days of order.
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive an email – orders will be sent ‘2nd class signed for’ and a corresponding tracking number will be on your confirmation email.
If for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to fulfil an order in accordance with the timescales set out above we will contact you to let you know of the delay.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable, after we have accepted your order, to supply any products then you will be offered a full refund, or, if available and acceptable to you, substitute goods of equivalent quality and price.
If our supply of your goods is delayed by an event outside our control, such as problems with shipping or delays with the labels, we contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be considerable you can contact us at office@vinylattraction.co.uk to end the agreement and receive a refund for any goods you have paid for in advance, but not received (possibly less reasonable costs we have already incurred, for example for limited or special releases).
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
Products available to order are described on the Website. We make every effort to ensure that details, descriptions, and prices of products are correct, at the time of writing. From time to time the specification of products can change due to the manufacturing process. Every effort has been made to present images of our products as accurately, however images are representative only and the product specification may differ slightly from the image shown.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT but do not include delivery, which will be added at the checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation (Errors & Omissions Excepted).
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Changes to the delivery address after an order has been placed can only be made at our discretion and may be subject to an additional charge. To change the delivery address, please email us at tallbirdrecords@gmail.com. If we are unable to deliver products to you due to an error in the delivery address, we may charge you a reasonable fee for any additional delivery costs incurred by us.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receipt of goods. You must inform us of your cancellation in writing via email and return the product(s) to us in its original packaging and in an unused and resalable state, all seal, cellophane, and wraps must still be in place. In this case you will receive a full refund for the price paid for the product/s as well as the initial shipping costs in accordance with our refunds policy set out below. The customer, however, will be liable for the cost of returning any unwanted goods. Orders may only be cancelled in writing by the person who placed the order.
We can withdraw goods and cancelled items
We can stop providing cancelled items. We let you know as soon as possible, and we refund any sums you have paid in advance for an item which will not be provided.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All our products are carefully inspected for quality before despatch. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product – we will be happy to exchange or refund the product.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy to consumers if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and within no more than 30 days from the day you have given us notice of your cancellation or we confirm to you that you are entitled to a refund for a defective product. We respect our legal duty to provide you with goods that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by UK law.
Until any product is returned to us in accordance with these terms and conditions, you are responsible for the product if it is lost, damaged, or destroyed.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of each product while it is in your possession. If you handle the goods in a way which would not be acceptable in-store, we reduce your refund to compensate us for its reduced value. E.g., your refund will be reduced if the condition of the goods is not "as new", price tags have been removed, the product-branded packaging is damaged, or accessories are missing. In some cases, no refund will be due because of the way you have treated the goods. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
We will only make a refund using the same method of payment originally used by you to pay for your purchase without charges. Returning goods do not affect your statutory rights.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Vinyl Attraction gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the shop and not online. Gift Vouchers are not transferable and have no cash redemption value. Gift vouchers will expire three months after date of issue. The above terms and conditions apply to gift voucher purchases. No change
will be given when gift vouchers are used; the balance will be applied to the voucher. Any balance remaining at the expiry date will be lost. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card if there is evidence of tampering, duplication, damage, or we suspect fraud.

All content included on this Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, is our property or that of our licensors. All rights, including copyright, in this Website are owned by or licensed to us. Any use of this Website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our express written consent.
